The ugly secret of the beauty industry is that the nature of the work we do isn’t as good for the planet as we would like: treated hair isn’t safe for compost, many of the materials we use are by their very nature single use, much of the materials we use aren’t recyclable through ordinary municipal means. Total Diva has made and continues to make changes to treat the planet as we treat our clients: with all the care and beauty we can manage.
Since November 2021, we’ve been adding a small eco charge on all of your services at Total Diva. This additional charge allows us to redirect much of the waste produced at Total Diva away from landfills, to reduce our energy footprint, and to find new and innovative ways to make green choices.
